Mt. Tabor Neighborhood Association Meeting: July 15, 2020 LOCATION: Zoom call TIME: 7:00 PM Pacific Time

YOU MUST REGISTER in advance for this meeting. (Click on the Meetings tab, above, for registration information.)

Among other MTNA business, the MTNA Land Use Committee will speak to a request from neighbors on their opposition to the approval by BDS in Land Use: Case # LU 20-108375 AD.

Specifically: Neighbors are appealing a Portland Bureau of Development Services (BDS) approval of a request to waive a Portland City Code section for a property to be built at 6353 SE Yamhill (LOT 1, PARTITION PLAT 2015-34). The BDS approval, among other things, waives current building height limits.

Click on links below to read documents that describe the BDS approval and neighbors’ and MTNA Land Use Committee members’ bases for opposing and appealing the proposed approval.

Please join us, rain or shine, for news and voting. The Agenda will be posted before the meeting and will be sent out via the Mt. Tabor Neighborhood Association listserv. Additional information about MTNA meetings can be found under the “Meetings & Events” tab, above.
