Visit the City of Portland Leaf Day Program website for dates, tips, and related information.
They don't have official Leaf Day No Parking signs for our neighborhood, but they do have a template to use to create your own: visit the How to Prepare for Leaf Day webpage for that template. These work pretty well, especially if you have a couple people on your block who can monitor the situation on leaf day.
This program is managed by the Portland Bureau of Transportation so contact them or your City Council members if you have questions and suggestions about Leaf Day.
